How do you ship? When can I expect my order?

We ship USPS--always have, always will. We also offer local delivery and pickup options available at checkout! Shipping and local delivery are both $5 flat rate. 

What counts as "local delivery?"

Not sure if you're "local" enough? No worries! Just select local delivery anyways. If we're passing through your neighborhood in the couple days following, we'll drop it off, but if we aren't headed your way we'll toss it in the mail like normal.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Sure! Select the pick up option at checkout and be sure to contact us to make arrangements. We operate out of our garage, so we don't have standard hours or walk-in traffic, but we can usually accommodate same-day or next-day pickup. We're located in Etna and you must be masked and maintain social distance to pick up your order.

Can I send an order as a gift to someone?

Absolutely! If you let us know that this is your plan, we can even remove the standard invoice showing prices and replace it with a custom gift message.

What's your return/exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and must be agreed upon before sending an item back to us. As long as a shirt is unworn and unlaundered, we are happy to make size exchanges, but we ask that you cover the return shipping. If you aren't sure about your sizing, let us know and we can help you find the right fit! If you have any other problems with your order, let us know right away so we can get it taken care of. We want you to love your new stuff! 

How should I launder my new shirt?

To keep your screenprinted shirts looking their best, wash inside out in cold water and hang dry. We know this is a little extra work, so we do perform frequent wash tests under harsh washing conditions. The extra care really does pay off in the long run--plus you'll save a little energy!
